Identity is key when it comes to the success of a business or organization. An identity reflects an image, and how you want that image to be seen by your target audience is important.
An identity is successful when it is understood and unique. It makes a stronger impact when it is creatively used among a variety of promotional material. It's not just about a logo and color but rather how the overall brand is consistently used so an audience can recall your name.
I take great detail in understanding the background knowledge of what a logo represents to an organization. All elements of typography, symbols, color, and layout are purposely complemented to create a message that can be noted, understood, and remembered by the intended audience.
What can I create for you?
This identity represents an organization making positive efforts to spread awareness on substance abuse in a community. The logo design is fresh, friendly, and inviting with the use of bright colors and personification in the “Y” of Youth. The blocks represent different groups moving together in one positive direction. This branding can be seen in its web design as well.
This was a mock advertising campaign for a business called Cocktail Cuts, the place where you can get a fabulous haircut while lounging back with a drink. In addition to the logo idenitity, I created a four piece campaign to bring awareness about a business targeting an upscale audience of both genders who just want to relax and look good. The unity of warm colors, logo, postcard, magazine ad, reward card, and web site provide a strong presentation to meet the client and audience expectations.

This logo symbol represents the positive growth created through diversity. A circle of different colored hands form an ever-blooming flower to express the expansion of knowledge and its connection with OCEDC's networking value. The serif font and typographic layout reflects an organization that is professional and caring.
This mock project improved an already existing logo. The older logo of people sitting on a bench conveyed a friendly library atmosphere; however, simplifying this better reflects a quiet, comfortable environment and provides more usability with the logo. The curved ground represent the pages of a book and layers of knowledge available to the audience.

This is not a logo, but the purpose of this pictogram is still the same. Using strong consistency with color, shapes and overall design, a visual representation of the four seasons can be identified by a universal audience. Although no specific order is needed, the horizontal placement of these symbols make a bold statement. This pictogram is a prime example of how things can look great and function best at its most simple form.
